Wuhan Kaiyuan New Energy Electric Group Co., Ltd established in 1989 which located in Wuhan city, Hubei province, after 30 years development, we have five holding subsidiary company which include four manufacture factory and one project engineering company, our main business had involved many fields of electric, such as electric equipment and components manufacturing and sales, comprehensive energy services and project engineering, we have done a lot of cases in domestic market, get lots of honors and certificated. Until now we own 139 patents which including 14 invention patents, 123 utility model patents, 2 design patents, and more than 100 product certifications.Our main products include current/voltage transformer, link fittings, suspension clamps, terminal connector, low/medium voltage switchgear cabinet, circuit breakers, software for intelligent substation, also include power grid construction, upgrading and operation maintenance. The information of our subsidiary company are as below:1)Macheng Hengxin Electric, we acquisition in 2010, mainly manufacture aerial insulation conductor fitting, suspension clamps, strain clamps, link fittings, splicing fittings, protective fittings, strain guy wire clamp, terminal connector, etc. We have more than 270 person which include 10 engineers, 3 senior engineers and 60 techinical person, and own a factory of more than 100,000 sqm in Hubei province. The annual productivity capacity can reach more than 18000 tons of transmission tower and accessories more than 50 million sets of electric power equipment.2) Xianning Fengyuan Hi-tech electric company, we acquisition in 2016, we participate in Hanover Mess in 2021 as this identity, and our main products are current/potential transformers, low/medium voltage switchgear, etc. We have more than 200 person which include 36 engineers, 12 senior engineers and 70 techinical person, and own a factory of more than 12,000 sqm which include 8 specialized production workshops, 1 quality inspection station, and 1 experimental center in the company in Hubei province, this is our core factory.3)Hubei Edian Daqo Electric which we acquisition in 2019, mainly manufacture low/high voltage switchgear, AM, reactive power compensation device, etc. We have more than 120 person which include 12 engineers, 5 senior engineers and 50 techinical person, and own a factory of more than 8,700 sqm which include 6 specialized production workshops, 1 quality inspection station.4)Shenzhen Taiwei Electric which acquisition in 2022, mainly manufacture circuit breakers, automatic electronic controlling system and components.5)Wuhan Kaiyuan Power Technology Company, mainly arrange intelligent substation, power grid construction,upgrading and operation maintenance and regularly participate in the construction of key power projects in the whole country. We own a six floor building in Wuhan City as our office location, we have total 200 person which include 50 engineers, 20 senior engineers and 100 technical person in the company.Our total annual sales for parent company had reached 300 million RMB in 2022 and will sustainable growth in the future.
